CALIBRE 4132

Introduction and Launch: The Rolex calibre 4132 is a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement, derived from the calibre 4131, featuring a unique 24-hour totaliser. This marks a significant departure from the standard 12-hour chronograph, incorporating a patented mechanism tailored for endurance timing. Specifically developed for the Cosmograph Daytona models celebrating the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the calibre 4132 debuted as part of a surprise reveal during the 91st edition of the legendary race on June 10-11, 2023, commemorating its 100th anniversary. The central sweep hand beats 8 times per seconds, giving incredible accuracy. Notably, this movement appears in only the second Daytona reference ever to feature an exhibition caseback, following the platinum Daytona 126506 introduced in March 2023.
