Introduction and Launch: The Rolex calibre 4131 is a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement introduced in 2023 as an enhanced version of the renowned calibre 4130. Incorporating key innovations from Rolex, it features the patented Chronergy escapement for improved energy efficiency, Paraflex shock absorbers for increased durability, and optimised ball bearings for smoother operation. On the aesthetic side, the 4131 showcases a newly designed rotor and Rolex’s signature Côtes de Genève decoration, adding a refined visual touch to the movement. These advancements further enhance the performance, reliability, and elegance of Rolex’s chronograph movements.
