CALIBRE 3130

Introduction and Launch: The Rolex calibre 3130, introduced in 2001, represents a significant advancement in Rolex's mechanical movement technology. It builds upon the foundation laid by the calibre 3000 family, originally developed in the early 1980s and enhanced with the introduction of the calibre 3100 family in 1988. This evolution included refined engineering and performance features, culminating in the incorporation of Parachrom anti-magnetic components to further improve reliability and precision across Rolex's iconic models such as the Air-King, Submariner 14060M 2 line, 14060M 4 line and the 114060, Explorer, and OP 34 and 36 series.
