CALIBRE 3075

Introduction and Launch: The Rolex calibre 3075 is an automatic movement featured in the GMT-Master, known for introducing a high-beat movement that enhanced accuracy and durability. Unlike its predecessor, the calibre 1575, the 3075 reversed the positioning of the GMT and hour hands. While some sources suggest it debuted in 1979, it did not appear in the Rolex catalogue until 1981. Despite its innovations, the calibre 3075 had a relatively short production run before being succeeded by later advancements in Rolex movement technology.
